On the Piné Plateau there is one of the few “malghe” which are still used for pasturing the animals on the meadows. The malga, or farmstead, offers local Trentino cuisine and also sells milk, cheese and ricotta.

Open: every day from June to mid-September; January and May and from mid-September to mid-October only Saturday and Sunday (including one night’s stay and service).

How to get there: going towards the Redebus Pass, after the village of Regnana in the municipality of Bedollo, take a comfortable unmetalled road open to motor vehicles. After a few kilometres, you will reach Malga Stramaiolo.

    • Perfect in every aspect
      My family and me spent one week in that hotel. We had a wonderful week, the location is very nice beside a lovely lake. There are lots of excursions to do near by, you can rent bikes just outside the hotel and there's nice paths for walking. There's a path all around the two lakes. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice decorated and spacious, we had a big balcony. The food is very good and we tried local dishes that were wonderful.

      Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Favoloso Albergo in pieno Luglio e già al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con Cordialità e professionalità. Ci hanno assegnato una camera al 3 piano che è stato completamente ristrutturato in stile tipico Trentino. La camera era bella spaziosa e dotata di un balcone vista Pineta e Camping, l'insonorizzazione era perfetta...

      Very good hotel, very nice staff, beautiful surroundings with nice paths, mountains and lake. the room was very beautiful, cosy, new and clean. the food was delicious, plenty and even more if we'd like to. we'd like to thank to everybody from this hotel. the holiday was very beautiful thanks to them. we recommend the hotel.
